VAGINITIS

Bacteria and yeasts can infect the nutrient-rich vaginal lining causing painful swelling, foul odor, colored discharge, and reduced libido.
    * For acute infections, use Nature's Cleanse Feminine Douche morning and evening for 3 to 5 days. For recurrences or chronic infections, douche each night. Bathe instead of showering each night, soaking for 30 minutes in a solution of 1 oz of Sol-U-Mel and 1 oz of Renew Bath Oil. Avoid sugar. Drink 2 to 6 cups of Melaleuca Herbal Tea each day and 2 to 3 quarts of water per day, along with taking the Vitality Pack with Oligofructose Complex, CellWise, ProVex and/or ProVex-Plus as directed. This will help to build resistance to infections.

URETHRITIS

Urethritis is a bacterial infection of the urethra, which usually precedes an attack of cystitis. A sign of cystitis is the need to urinate frequently, accompanied by a painful burning sensation while urinating and sometimes feeling feverish. The urine may look cloudy.
    * As a preventative, take CranBarrier daily. The ingredients in CranBarrier have been shown to prevent bacteria from adhering to the bladder and urethral linings, and thus harmful bacteria is flushed harmlessly out of the urinary tract.
Proper hygiene is an important preventive measure. Women should wipe from the front to the back. Drink Melaleuca Herbal Tea frequently throughout the day.
Frequent bathing with Melaleuca oil as a general disinfectant is a good preventive measure. Prepare a bath with 8-12 drops of T36-C5 and soak for 5-10 minutes. See the section on Bladder Infections in this book.

VAGINAL CLEANSING

Vaginal cleansing is cleansing of the vagina usually by means of a douche.
    * Use Nature's Cleanse as directed. If that is not available, you might try using a mixture of 8 to 10 drops of T36-C5 in one pint of distilled water.
Vaginal cleansing can also be accomplished by soaking for approximately 20 minutes in a warm bath to which 10 drops of T36-C5 has been added.

ULCERS, VARICOSE

Open sores may form on the lower leg when the veins are not functioning properly. They are usually painless and are often a result of varicose veins. They frequently become infected and are very slow to heal. Elderly people and diabetics are particularly prone to this condition due to poor circulation.
    * Wash the area carefully with Antibacterial Liquid Soap and then cover the affected area with a surgical pad saturated in a 1:3 solution of T36-C5 and olive oil.

WARTS

Common warts, also known as verruca, are non-cancerous tumors caused by pathoviruses. Under microscopic examination, the flat plates of the epidermis are seen to be tilted at ninety degrees, growing outward instead of lying flat with the skin surface. Otherwise, the skin cells appear normal. Viral warts most frequently grow on the hands or fingers of children. Warts on the elbows, knees, face, and isolated sites elsewhere on the body are less common. They appear most frequently on sites subject to injury. The appearance and size depends upon the location and on the degree of irritation they are subjected to. They can be round or irregular, and are usually firm and dry. Color varies from light gray, yellow, and brown, to grayish black. Size varies from 1/8 to 1/2 inch. They may come and go in the same individual in a haphazard way. Infections with the virus may appear as single or multiple growths and develop by spreading from one side of the body to the other. Complete regression is common, with or without treatment. Warts can persist for years and may reoccur at the same or different sites.

PRICKLY HEAT

Prickly heat is a skin eruption caused by inflammation of the sweat glands. Some factors that can cause or worsen the challenge are personal hygiene, nutritional deficiencies, clothing that does not breathe, emotional or physical stresses, detergents, underarm deodorants, cosmetics, and allergic reactions. It is important to identify and remove the cause of this inflammation.
*Massage T36-C5 into the affected area. It will help to reduce the inflammation and speed the healing. For general care of the inflamed areas, wash your face with The Gold Bar and bathe with Renew Bath Oil. Dry the skin gently and then apply T36-C5 followed by Renew Intensive Skin Therapy. By using products that contain T36-C5, you can continue the healing process.

PRURITIS ANI

Pruritis ani is Latin for "itching anus." This area of the body tends to have an almost built-in "readiness to itch." Itching around the anus can be caused from something as simple as pinworms in children, or as complicated as rectal cancer in adults. Internal hemorrhoids are often discovered as a cause in adults.
