ANAL FISSURES

The anus is a muscle at the end of the digestive path. Many conditions can cause pain in this area, such as hemorrhoids and fissures. If blood is detected in your stool, check with your health care provider immediately. Don't play games with your health. This can be an indication of problems much too serious for self-diagnosis.

* Be aware of whether or not your diet contains enough fiber. Two servings of FiberWise can supply nearly half the fiber an average adult needs on a daily basis. In addition to the eight glasses of water that each person should consume daily, drinking multiple cups of Melaleuca Herbal Tea would be very helpful. It can be drunk either cold or hot and is quite tasty.
In a warm (not hot) bath, add 1/2 oz each of Nature's Cleanse and Sol-U-Me!. After enjoying a healing bath, apply MelaGel to the sore anal area.
Be very aware of your nutritional supplements. The Vitality 6 pack will provide essential supplements that are needed for a healthy lifestyle.
Remember to wear loose-fitting clothing during your healing process. There is no point in further aggravating your condition. Also, consistently use white toilet paper in your bathroom. Many colored or printed toilet papers contain formaldehyde since this chemical tends to hold both the color and the pattern. Formaldehyde is a poison and should be avoided at all costs.
