CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME

Those who use their hands with a continual repetitive motion, such as computer operators, may experience a thickening of the nerve sheath in their wrists, causing numbness, coldness, and often pain. Prevention is the best line of defense. B vitamins and trace minerals are needed.
    * First, eliminate the repetitive motion that caused the problem until healing is completed (often 4 to 12 weeks). Take the Vitality Pack with Oligofructose Complex as directed and saturate with ProVex and/or ProVex-Plus by taking 1 capsule for every 25 pounds of body weight for two weeks. Then gradually reduce the dose until a maintenance level is reached. In addition, take Replenex or Replenex Extra Strength as directed. It has also been found to be helpful to saturate with Replenex, at least for a short time. Apply Pain-A-Trate to the inside of the wrist and outside of the elbow every 4 hours to reduce inflammation and control pain. Avoid cold water. Hot water gives temporary relief.
