Psoriasis usually involves the scalp and the upper surface of the extremities, particularly the elbows, knees, back, and buttocks. The nails, eyebrows, armpits, abdomen, or groin region may also be affected. Occasionally the illness is generalized.
The lesions are more sharply localized and usually heal without scarring. Hair growth does not appear to be affected. Extension of lesions sometimes produces large plaques up to one-half inch thick. Nail involvement may resemble fungal infections, causing a separation of the nail with thickening, discoloration, and debris under the nail plate. Allergies, stress, and environmental sensitivities should be evaluated. Nutritional needs tend to be elevated.

It has also been suggested that you dab straight Nature's Cleanse on a small area of the psoriasis. If it does not turn red, repeat several times.
