Mucous

Thin, watery mucous is a product of healthy membranes in the body and is needed to protect soft tissues from damaging environmental substances. Thick, discolored or stringy sputum (phlegm), and vaginal, eye, stool, or nasal mucous are signs of irritation or infection. Mild bacterial growth, viruses, chronic yeast or fungal infections, digestive problems, stress, allergies and chemical sensitivities can produce this type of mucous.
* Drink 2 to 6 cups of Melaleuca Herbal Tea each day to reduce the number of harmful organisms in the bowel and urinary tract. Use CounterAct Cough Relief Medicine as directed. If congestion exists, use CounterAct cold and flu medicines as directed. Breathe steam and T36-C5 to clear nasal and sinus mucous membranes. Douche with Nature's Cleanse as directed to reduce vaginal viruses, yeast, molds, fungus, and bacteria. Repeat any of the above to maintain healthy mucous.
