BURSITIS

Small, fluid-filled, shock-absorbing sacs are present in some joints such as the elbow, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle or big toe. Inflammation of these sacs, called bursa, causes swelling and painful movement of the joint. Trauma, infections, allergies, or toxic accumulation are the usual causes. Gradual development from repetitive motion occupations can lead to chronic bursitis. Reducing coffee drinking curiously reduces bursitis of the shoulder.
Acute bursitis can result from prescription drug reactions or sudden injury to the area. See the sections on Bunions and Gout.
    * Take ProVex and/or ProVex-Plus to help reduce inflammation. Apply Pain-A-Trate generously to the affected area every 2 to 4 hours. Moist heat and limiting joint motion may be helpful during the healing phase. Do not exercise the joint until pain and swelling are reduced. If the pain does not subside in a few days, see your health care provider if you haven't already.
Of course, for overall better health, the Vitality Pack with Oligofructose Complex should be taken as well as CellWise. Replenex may also be very helpful with bursitis.
