BUNIONS

Bunions are caused by the swelling of the second synovial joint bursa producing enlargement and displacement of the big toe, which eventually laps over the second toe. They are sometimes caused by misalignment in the spine, causing improper biomechanics in the foot. Some cases have been linked to improperly fitted shoes during childdhood development. See the section on Bursitis.
*Apply T36-C5 or Pain-A-Trate generously to the affected joint as often as discomfort exists. Soak in a solution of 1 oz of Sol-U-Mel and 1 tbsp of Epsom salts per quart of hot water each night. Wear only wellfitting shoes, and see your chiropractor for a walking gait analysis.
Don't forget to pamper your feet with the Body Satin Foot Scrub and the Body Satin Foot Lotion. It feels so good!
