DIABETIC GANGRENE

Diabetic gangrene is a complication of diabetes, causing the tissue to die. As the condition progresses, amputation of the affected limb is the traditional course of action.
    * Dr. A. Penfold was successfully using tea tree oil on severe cases of diabetic gangrene as early as 1936. It is recommended that T36-C5 or T40-C3 be massaged into the affected area and the surrounding tissue for as long as needed. The area can also be treated with MelaGel or Triple Antibiotic Ointment, preferably on top of the oil. Frequently, the longer the condition exists, the longer it may take to get results. Coordinate this with your health care provider.
